1. Scope of This Policy

This policy explains how the ReplyFlow application (app.replyflowai.eu) and the ReplyFlow chat widget use cookies and similar browser-storage technologies (localStorage). It complements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Our Approach: Essential Storage Only

ReplyFlow does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The application relies exclusively on storage that is strictly necessary to sign you in and operate the service. Because this storage is essential, it does not require opt-in consent under the ePrivacy rules — we still tell you exactly what is stored below.

3. Browser Storage Used by the Dashboard

4. Storage Used by the Chat Widget

When you chat through a ReplyFlow widget embedded on a customer's website, the widget stores the following in your browser's localStorage so that your conversation can continue across page loads:

Your name and email address, if you submitted them in the pre-chat form
A session identifier and session token linking you to your conversation
A flag remembering that you already rated a finished conversation

This storage is scoped to the website you are visiting, is essential for the chat to function, and is never used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Third-Party Services

Stripe — when you open the checkout to purchase a subscription, Stripe sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention. See Stripe's Cookie Policy.

Google Fonts — our pages load fonts from Google's servers. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but the font request transmits your IP address to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Managing Storage

You can remove all ReplyFlow storage at any time by logging out (which clears your session keys) or by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. Note that clearing storage will sign you out and, on widget-enabled sites, will end your current chat session.

Businesses embedding the ReplyFlow widget on their own websites are responsible for disclosing the widget's storage in their own cookie or privacy notices, as required by the laws that apply to them.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce any new cookies or storage — for example optional analytics — we will update this policy, bump the policy version, and where legally required ask for your consent first. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered accounts.
