ReplyFlow ("we", "our", "the platform") provides an AI-powered chat widget and management dashboard for businesses. By creating an account and using the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at lukoai1337@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may use ReplyFlow only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
ReplyFlow uses AI to generate chat responses based on content you provide. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any AI-generated response. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the knowledge base that powers your widget, and for any consequences resulting from its use on your website.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to ReplyFlow (FAQs, knowledge base entries, chat history). By uploading content you grant ReplyFlow a limited licence to process and store it for the purpose of delivering the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the frequency and rate specified at the time of purchase. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact lukoai1337@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Customers of planned downtime in advance.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful activity, or remain unpaid for an extended period. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a short period and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered accounts of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
